What we will cover in 3 weeks - 6 modules

module 1 -Welcome and Intro - getting to know you and going on a journey to find your spark.

module 2-Finding your Spark - connecting with your most inner desires and what you’re most passionate about, and learning how to use the mechanism inside of you to ignite the spark within you at any time.

module 3- Makeover on the inside - creating a new way of feeling and living day to day that will change your vibration and energy, and how to maintain it.

module 4- Makeover on the outside - learning about self care and the importance of how the way you take care of your body and physique and the unique beauty you are gifted with, will change your mindset your confidence, and your health.

module 5- Living it up - learning how to take action in your life and actually create the motion and energy that will raise your vibe and your emotional and mental health too.

module 6- Lighting up your life - how to implement all the positive and exciting new ways of life into your daily living. How to make an impact on people in your life and others that come across your path.
